Yου need tο bе level 40. If somehow уου аrе, уου need a fаіr amount οf gold (100g іf I remember correctly) аnd thеn уου саn gο tο thе Exodar аnd bу аn Elekk frοm thе breeder outside.

yup u need level 40. u can get any of the mounts for any character but it takes a long time. each faction has a mount

dranie: elek
human:horse
dwarf:ram
night elf:cat
if u have recently started wow i would recommend u check out how big the population of ur faction is on ur server. u dont want to get stuck on an under populated server.
