Drakkaris travel the valley and the neighboring areas around it in search for prey. Anyone would do, may it be a lost traveler or enemy. Additionally, anyone can get caught in a battle between one tribe of Dakarris and another. The race constantly fights each other and getting caught in one of their skirmishes might mean that Zul’drak will be your graveyard, too. There are also wolves, windingos, and even the occasional Furbolgs that can be found in the area. Not only that, the promise of a Scourge invasion is always present in the land.

Zul’Drak, as of the present, is also filled with Drakkaris gone mad after they sacrificed their precious animal gods to the altar as a means to stave off a Scourge Invasion. The Argent Dawn, Azeroth’s law and evil-fighting organization will travel to Zul’Drak to try to resolve the problem. In the latest expansion, the Wrath of the Lich King Zul’Drak zone will resemble a completely outdoor zone similar to Shadowmoon valley.

There is still a lot to know about Zul’Drak, and there might be something in this zone that will be useful for you, but if you want to be cautious, avoid the area completely.
