The guide that I use is. It is an in-game guide that is really comprehensive and won’t get you banned. You can chose from a Horde or Alliance leveling path. Good luck!

My first guide was joana’s leveling guide, that one got the job done for me to satisfaction.
I know dugi’s ultimate wow guide is really comprehensive and that one give you forum access and support.
Zygors is also great for leveling.
I think one of these will get the jop done for you. I know for sure these guys are not scammers and that they are dedicated to help you out.
