Interestingly there are more gamers in wow that have noticed that both Johana’s horde leveling guide and Brian Kopp Alliance leveling guide, good as they are, are prone to the alt+tab syndrome that slows down your progress in the game. There have been guides that have exploited this loophole of theirs and created horde and alliance power leveling guides which have mods inside to take you round the game. As someone who has leveled up characters from 1 to 70 using both guides and having seen those other guides, I can say with great authority that these guides quite simply copy the tips of these two genuine wow gamers and stick in a freely available world of warcraft mod to tart up their product hoping to give the impression that they re-invented the way to power level fast.

If you know anything about world of warcraft game playing legends then you should know that both the Joana guy, who for some reason wants to remain anonymous, and Brian Kopp are not some marketing gurus who thought about making a boat load of money selling wow guides. These are players of the game and have been so for a number of years so their tips are not a bunch of posts taken from a wow forum gathered together into a book. These are tips of how they personally level up their character with video proof to prove it – or at least in Joana’s case.

However this still does not take away from the fact that following their guides is not ideal since you still need to switch windows in your computer to follow the guide which can be a pain. To clarify though, Brian Kopp’s guide actually has a mod that shows you where to go but personally I have not been able to get it to work (probably due to other mods interfering with it) so his guide has much the same effect as the Joana’s one.

Fortunately there is now a solution in the form of a revolutionary add on that I stumbled across that makes wading through the guide much easier. In fact you will be able to blitz through them. The best way to use it is by accepting a bunch of quests when you start a game session and then let the add on work its magic. The best way to describe the mod is to think of a sat nav system sitting on your wow gaming console, and by the way the maps in this mod are stunning (think Google world meets wow).

It will blow you away how much easier it will be for you to level up. By my reckoning this will cut down your leveling time using these guides by around half if not 75% and completely take away the stress of finding locations, alt tabbing to thotbot etc. Plus there are many more features besides which will certainly blow your mind.
